Mandolin type manual vegetable slicer, perfect for gastronomy and home use, when chopping smaller amounts of vegetables.

- Slicer with a V-shaped blade, cuts vegetables easily and quickly,
- Rotary button to adjust the blade position: five gears: < em>Position 0 - The blade is at the same level/flat to the cutting surface to avoid injury when touching the V blade. Always ensure that the 0 position is set after use
