Description
CAST IRON PAN Ø30cm. The cast iron from which the cookware is made is thick and heavy to properly accumulate and maintain high temperature.
The black surface was obtained thanks to a unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature.
The surface has been additionally oxidized, which reduces susceptibility to rust.
