Description
For trad climbing and as additional mobile belay points in sport climbing and mountaineering, the Twin Cams by LACD offer numerous applications for belaying climbing routes.
The Twin Cams are available in eight different sizes and thus cover a range from 16.2 mm crack width (the minimum width of size 0.5) to 95 mm (maximum width of size 4).
The flexible centre bar is equipped with an ergonomic pull lever and leads into the double-axis fastening of the clamping segments.
This design ensures a high degree of freedom of movement for the clamping segments and allows a greater span than with single-axis clamping devices.
Pull lever, clamping segments and the sling made of Dyneema are colour-coordinated.
This colour coding makes orientation on the climbing harness or gear belt particularly easy and the Twin Cam in the right size is immediately to hand.
