SENZO ENTREE is the opening line of the company's SUNCRAFTproduct series. The blades of the knives in this series are made of clad 3-layer AUS-8 steel. It is a steel similar to the 440 series and contains the addition of vanadium to increase its hardness. This steel belongs to stainless steels, i.e. steels with increased corrosion resistance.
The blades in the line SENZO ENTREE have a full tang, embedded in the knife handle with 3 rivets. Thanks to this, the tool grip is secure and it remains perfectly balanced, cutting, chopping and grinding products with a force that perfectly matches the pressure of the cook's hand. The central pin is made in the form ofmosaicwhich increases the aesthetic value of the knife and definitely attracts attention.
The handles of products from this series are made of Pakkawood* wood in black. Special profiling at the base of the knife allows for a free and secure grip. This is also a characteristic feature of this line and gives the knives a delicate, Japanese and fluid character.
*Pakkawood is laminated birch or maple wood, impregnated with resin. It is characterized by very high resistance to heat and humidity, and was developed especially for knife handles.
